"Hi Daryl, so sorry to see you had a frustrating experience with our office. I was able to review your account and show you started the policy online. I do show a former staff member did make a mistake on the vin # when she added a vehicle for you. She is no longer employed at my office. Regarding your refund I show that we cancelled the policy per your request. All refunds are handled directly with State Farm corporate, we put the request in and they handle prorating and refunding the money as they take and hold all premiums. If you still have concerns regarding your experience please give me a call directly and I will be happy to address anything to do with my office or staff. We wish you well and I do apologize she mistyped the vin # on your added vehicle."
