"Kolby was amazing! If you don’t have her office as your agency, please switch to Shaffin Wegener - State Farm Insurance office. I initially started a quote online, but I called the agents office and spoke to Kolby about my quote. I started the quote online but had questions and she quickly pulled up my quote recapped all my coverages added a few discounts and gave more options for other discounts as well. She got my policy started and emailed me my Auto IDs and docs while we were on the phone. I initially was looking for a local agency but after dealing with Kolby's office, I figured there was no Local office that can beat their Customer Service. She clearly explained the process and coverages, making the switch to a new insurance company smooth and hassle-free. Her guidance ensured that the transition to a new insurance company was so seamless and unlike the other big insurance companies. After my policy was set up and ready to go, Kolby sent me a text message thanking me for my service and gave her agecy contact info again. I truly am grateful I signed up with their office because they know how to treat their customers."

"I never leave reviews for anyone one but I had to this time. By far the greatest customer service from an insurance agency or any service. They always reach out before renewals and go over your policy and are always helpful when you call. To be honest if rates increase I would still stay for the customer service alone."

"They willll cut you off for not showing them ur license even tho I gave them all the information when I first got it how else they know I had a license make that make sense they also ain’t even let me show ahead of time when they sent me a paper in mail and had the nerve to not even give me my full refund don’t recommend but where cheapest I found👀(no bc I told yall about my ticket and all three of the violation n yall still gave me a low price that’s why I bought it)"
"Hi Jaden, thank you for getting back to us. When you signed up online and started a policy the system didn't see that you had been driving without a driver's license and gotten a ticket earlier this year. State Farm canceled the policy due to this ticket. You were insured from 6/19 to 8/2 so you recieved a prorated refund because you did have coverage during that time until you could find coverage elsewhere. Had the ticket been disclosed initially the policy never could have been written. Unfortunately you opted for self service to start the policy instead of working with my team so we could not review your driving record before hand to catch the ticket. While I appreciate the feedback it is a bit misleading as you started the policy online without disclosing the ticket for driving unlicensed and you did have coverage during those 45 days the results in premium being owed and only a prorated refund being appropriate. "Tried to sell me on home insurance and had my home insured value at almost double the value of what it's currently worth to rebuild. You don't include land assessment for rebuilding the home, but even with that it was overvalued. Had to move my auto and home to another agencies."
"Hi David, thank you for the feedback. I believe our philosophy for insurance is just different. As we discussed you are purchasing a home from 2007 that is 1.5 Million dollars and 5100 square feet. You said the reason you all decided not to build a new home was the cost of construction was so much higher than what you could purchase this home for. I completely agree and advised the cost of construction with the upgraded finishes you have in the home would run approximately $300 a square foot (marble counter tops, high end tile floors, high end bathroom finishes etc). The cost of construction rose dramatically in 2020 and a new home that used to be $250K is now sold for $350K. If you want to insure the home for $200/sq ft as the quote you sent from the other provider showed that is completely your decision but I don't and won't advice for that policy because if that house burned down you would not be able to rebuild it for that value with todays construction costs. Wish you all the best with your new agent but stand by my recommendation that you value the home at $1,700,000 minimum to rebuild. Best wishes, Shaffin W."
